Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VNYL macOS application and the website at offseason.ing/vnyl, provided by OFFSEASONING, INC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using VNYL, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
VNYL is a macOS application that displays a spinning vinyl record in your dock based on the music currently playing on your Mac. You may use VNYL for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Mac App Store
VNYL is distributed exclusively through the Mac App Store. Your purchase and use of VNYL is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Intellectual Property
VNYL and all related content, including but not limited to the app design, code, graphics, and branding, are the intellectual property of OFFSEASONING, INC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
Third-Party Services
VNYL reads “now playing” information from Apple Music and Spotify via your system’s media APIs. We are not affiliated with Apple Music or Spotify, and your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
VNYL is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all system configurations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFFSEASONING, INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VNYL.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VNYL after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
